  • We ship the order in 1 business day (excluded the orders confirmed on Friday and Saturday that will be shipped on Monday). 

    Usually, our orders are delivered in 2 business day in Italy, for islands the delivery could takes 1 day more. 

    We ship worldwide in 5 business day.

  • You can currently pay with a credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay or PayPal. All payments are processed with maximum security to comply with online sales regulations. If you're in Italy we accept pay on delivery too.

    Only in Italy you can use the cash on delivery service with an additional cost of 10€.

  • Yes, you can delete your order if its status is still ''Working'' directly on your purchase page online clicking ''CANCEL ORDER''.

    You will receive an email confirming the cancellation, and if you have already made a payment, you will receive a refund confirmation on the same credit card or PayPal account, Amazon Pay, used for your order payment (the timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank).

    If you are unable to cancel the order, you can contact our Customer Service at the email address [email protected].

  • To modify an order you have to delete it and place another one.

    You can delete your order if its status is still ''Working'' directly on your purchase page online clicking ''CANCEL ORDER''.

    Once the parcel has been passed onto the courier, we are no longer responsible for delayed or missing orders. If your order never arrives, we will immediately send you the same item or, if it is no longer available, a complete refund for your order.

    In Europe shipping could take up to a week to be delivered.

    Once the shipment has been scheduled, the selected Courier will send a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your shipment in real time and modify the time and date of delivery if needed.

    If you do not receive a tracking number from the Courier, you can request it directly to our Customer Service at [email protected].

  • Please check that the package you received is not damaged and send an email to [email protected] indicating the order number and any missing items.

  • If you have received a different size or item from what you ordered, or if it is defective, please follow the return procedure. You can return all products to us if purchased on our website, provided they are in their original condition and within 28 days of the delivery date, following a few simple instructions available in the Returns section.

    If the returned item does not comply with the return policy, meaning it is used or not provided with a label, or if you did not notify us before returning a defective item, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange or refund of such item.

  • If you want to return all or a part of your order because you've changed your mind, the cost of returning the item will be at your expense (10€).

    If you are returning the product because the item you received is incorrect or defective, all shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • Yes, it is possible to return all or only some of the items ordered and be refunded their value with a coupon of the same value or directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for payment, provided they are in their original condition and within 28 days from the delivery date.
