As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the courier to whom the shipment was entrusted. If you have not received the email, contact us at [email protected]
Once the package is handed over to the courier by us, any responsibility for delay and/or non-delivery is the responsibility of the courier. In case of non-delivery, we will immediately provide a new shipment of the same item or, if it is not available, a full refund of your order.
In Europe shipping could take up to a week to be delivered.
Once the parcel has been passed onto the courier, we are no longer responsible for delayed or missing orders. If your order never arrives, we will immediately send you the same item or, if it is no longer available, a complete refund for your order.

Orders shipped with TNT Express IT are prepared the day after the order is received and shipping takes 48-72 hours on average.
Orders received by 11 am and shipped with DHL Express Premium are prepared the same day and shipping takes 24-48 hours on average.
Once the shipment has been scheduled, the selected Courier will send a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your shipment in real time and modify the time and date of delivery if needed.
If you do not receive a tracking number from the Courier, contact our Customer Service team who will be able to provide it.

Yes, you can return us back all or some of the items ordered and ask for the refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
