Since 2006 Octopus wants to propagate its unique motif everywhere, from Milan to outer space, leveraging the value of persistence and multiplying the energy of who is a part of it—by making products that are, in fact, icons.

Twenty years after its first concept sketch, Octopus’ tentacular graphic has become the most well-known Italian streetwear icon of the 21st century, instantly recognizable at a first glance. Today it also becomes a blank canvas to exercise creativity, thanks to a project born by chance and passion.

Long story short, in 2024 Octopus had asked some artists and illustrators to customize some T-shirts clad with the Outline graphics, drawing directly on the garments over the course of one day. The result went beyond all expectations: locking those works in an archive would have been a shame. So, the same hands that had created those first illustrations have now worked to produce the Outline Series collection, a special edition of garment-printed T-shirts clad with artwork by Matteo De Longis, Daniele Vanzo Micro Tenko and Sabb.

Matteo De Longis is one of the Italian masters of Euromanga, his illustrations bridging East and West, graphics, comics and design.

Daniele Vanzo insists on urban and dystopian images, somewhere between American underground and manga.

Micro Tenko ranges between digital illustration and freehand doodles, with a style at once playful and disturbing.

Sabb draws, as always, beautiful girls inspired by the manga subcultures Succubus and Majokko.
